Absa insurance a big ****!!!!

Absa home insurance is just a **** trying to get people take their insurance then when they claim for damages they want to rip people off. We have had hail damage to my grandmother's property and as we know she's paying insurance we claimed only to be told she under insured the house therefore the company will be paying only a portion of the repairs and she has to pay the rest of the money from her pocket, we talking about a pensioner here. We've logged complains before and no one has come back to us in order to resolve the matter. It's raining season now and we sitting in a house with leaks while absa is still taking our money for free. What even more ridiculous is there was never an assessor who came to the house for inspection in order to get the correct value of the house.
