We are calk8ng and following up on a issue that was fixed by a ABSA Insurance after i advised the guys when the pipe first burst

please can someone assist us urgently as we need to get water

my wife spoje to a Steward also who is suppose to call us bsck we still waiting. Extremely SAD and POOR SERVICE

R270 airtime gone. I tried just now the perso is suppose to transfer me than the call cuts. REALLY

Called again because the phones was dropped because I askes to speak to a. Manager.

Was told Senior manager will.monitor the claim but we reaching 4pm without water. NO BATH NO USING TOILETS NOTHING. i will be calling Steven on *** as per Shela that have me his number and namd

Called Mr Steven on *** and left a msg. Wow 😡😡😡 No call back from anybody

I will not and can not accept any apology from ABSA because i had no water since 01:30 this morning. We can not wash, use the toilet and even brush our Teeth. Also i am not sure what my Water Bill will be this month. The first time it took place my bill is huge in which I am still paying off. Now i have to add this on. And on Both occasions the issues was the Plumber that made a mistake. So My pipes have to be sorted today. I don't want material issues or other issues that is normally the case with ABSA. So yes apart from. Loadshedding issues i now have water issues also. Well Done ABSA 😡

So the following peolle calles saying they will be here before 16:30 its now 16:59 with no water. Still waiting and hoping they don't came with spares issues

Another Company called and I informed them my water is important so still waiting. So currently still waiting. I am not sure what to see anymore This is really sad. So to inform ABSA my baby daughter started to itch so i can not even bath her. We had to get water in the bath just to use the toilet. What crazy thing is this. So Mpho from THBO Trading And Projects CC called now saying they got a call for a burst pipe so we havr to wait now. Someone from ABSA its a geyser related issue that we have we never sId geyser. Now we have to wait now. Are they playing Games Mr Russle i doubt my call is receiving attension because Mpho has to attend to a nother burst pipe. So got a call from Mpho they now coming i wonder what changed was it my call to Mr Russell to complain. My question why do we have to resort to this media to get service?

Hi The Team arrived inspection and they left now to come back. They going to find the fitting for the issues.

The Team came back to sort the issue out. They left the hole open to see if it leaks again. They promised to come back tomorrow to inspect the leak again and check the other side where previous Insurance guys worked because it looks wet also there.
