ABSA Insurance - ***

I am a Broker acting on behalf of my client, who had their building insured with ABSA. A much more affordable quotation was provided for the client in February of this year and we requested that ABSA cancel their policy and provide the client with a refund. Since they received the instruction they have held the clients refund "captive", refusing to do return the clients premium. Despite escalating the enquiry twice a week for six months and providing ABSA with all their outstanding documentation and information they still refuse to respond on when the refund will be done.
