Absa insurance

I bought a car through absa finance and I insured the car, I later changed my insurance supplier. A year later I got a message that they want me to snd proof of insurance, which I did and I got an auto response from AIP to show that my email was received. However ABSA then decided to enrol me on some insurance that I never signed up for, and they have been debiting R700 from my account for 2 months now, last month I called AIP and was told to resend the documents which I did, but miraculously I see that my account will be debited again this month
