ABSA Insurance 5 star performance
I recently complained about ABSA Bank, their Insurance department to be more specific. I logged two separate incidents as claims because of the recent flooding. They took the complaint on this platform very seriously and I would like to single out Godfrey Ndou for his continuous and timely updates. Furthermore, Rufus Pillay who handled to payout of the claim and their professional manner and patience in the entire case were very professional.
