Absa Insurance

I submitted a claim to the Insurance stating that my pool had a leak one of the pipes must have a hole , they then sent an acessor and he confirmed that there is a leak ..<br> <br> He submitted the report and now Absa is sayign they dont cover leaked pipes!!<br> <br> Like seriously !!!! if they didnt cover it why did they send the accessor in the first place <br> <br> The contract says it covers Bursts, leaking, overflowing geysers and water pipes!!!!<br> A leaking pipe is something that cannot be maintained hence it has to be covered !!!<br> <br> why is Absa looking for any way possible to get out of a claim yet we pay monthly on time!!!!
