ABSA Insurance

KZN has experienced 2 storms in this year, April and May. I have logged a claim for both and due to their incompetence the second claim has not been resolved upto now. I have spoken to their managers in place and I do not think that they understand as to how to attend to problems pertaining to house damages and should be externally audited in order to place correct personnel in the correct positions. I had a 45min conversation with the consultant regarding the storm damages and the only item that she could capture as a storm damage is a geyser. I am highly disappointed with the service rendered to me and would never advise any other person to do business with ABSA insurance, you will regret it!
