ABSA INSURANCE

I made a claim for ceiling repair in March '19. They appointed a contractor who only starts at 11h00 and stops at 16h30. They took their time and we had to live with minimal furniture in the lounge and living area which was ok but after 2 weeks, this become rather pathetic. The finished work was pathetic which I informed absa insurance to which they again sent the contractor and I pointed out the bad workmanship. The staff member did what he did and upon inspection when I got home. The job was worse than what it was. I never heard a thing from absa insurance again. I finally got hold of a Nathan Smith at insurance who sent an Accessor to look at the work. He came, he saw, he took photos and agreed to shoddy workmanship and said he would get back to me. This is 1.5 weeks back and still no answer. I have sent a mail to insurance and still no reply. Sent second mail and still nothing. First of all, the contractor given this work must employ people off street corners and secondly, the owner or whatever it is of the contracting firm, did not even show face once during the repairs. Not at the start of the job or even after a complaint was this individual seen on site. ABSA, you have seen the last of me and trust me, I have told quite a few people about this ridiculous service you give. you are not doing me any favours, I pay for the service. Bye bye you lot of ****ers!!!!!!!!!

Reviewer Update
I received a call from the contractor who originally did the work, they will be on site next week Thursday. Take note, not the owner, the staff will be sent to fix what needs fixing. I doubt very much I want the same lot at my house as this problem will persist, poor workmanship with no recall. I would prefer a more professional contractor on site and as for me calling Pravesh, don't think so as it takes me to mail hello Peter to get a response but when dealing directly with absa insurance, nothing gets done so no, I will not be contacting you Pravesh as this has taken up enough of my precious time!!
