ABSA Insurance 2 month waiting for claim to be rejected!!!!

After waiting from 19 January 2022 and following up weekly ABSA building insurance have informed me that my claim have been rejected without any person contacting me from ABSA. Today is 24 March 2022. What a joke it is very disappointing, if I can advise people for any building insurance it will most definitely not be ABSA Insurance. I know of more than 1 person that have had the same issues with them before. Take money with a smile, but service is ZERO, pity Hello Peter does not have a 0 rating! THANKS ABSA....!!!
