Absa Insurance

Hi I have put through a claim with Absa for my home owner insurance ( Geyser repairs), and its been 2 weeks since i have sent Cecilia Mgiba all the requested documents. 3 emails later and 2 phone calls and still not even the decency to reply. As a paying customer I think this kind of service is pathetic. I will now be looking for a new insurance provider who can better service their customers
