ABSA insurance

Worst service ever We claimed for the air cons in the house that got damage due to load shedding and got a spike on the line and they where fast to send an expert out to look at the fault. Got the report and we said they are wrong as they said the air cons where old and thats why they broke, got two more reports from different companies that said is was due to the spike and not age. Send the two reports to ABSA and then they where to busy to answer or call back. After almost 3weeks they just closed the claim and said on a mail this matter is resolved. tried calling them and again the person that was handling the claim dont call back or mail back. We have asked for all the call recordings and also nothing again. Worst insurance company i would say and the worst service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i will not ever suggest ABSA insurance to anyone they do not care for there clients and think they dont have to help or assist to find a plan how they can assist. I would understand if they called back and explain that the policy dont allow for that but no nothing and that is where i would say again, WORST COMPENY IN INSURANCE EVER!!!!!!
