ABSA Insurance

<p>We have a burst geyser since Friday the 9th. I reportred the problem to ABSA, who sent a plumber out to us only to tell us they do not work on solar geysers. The were going to send out someone else on Saturday morning. Needless to say they did not come out. I followed up on Saturday afternoon at aroun 5H30pm, and I was told the team leader would call me back. Well once again, no luck.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I called in around lunch time today, and I was told the systems is very slow and that they will call me back, spoke to Aubrey, and once again needless to say, they are yet to call me back and it is 4H30pm and I do not have great hope for that to happen.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic service to say the least. </p>
