ABSA INSURANCE

<p>To Absa,</p> <p>We have complained and called your complaints hotline with regards to Absa home insurance. We have asked for our claims history and a break down. We did not received a break down and have gained very little assistance. Also on our claims history we attempted to claim for two items, one in 2015 and 2016. Neither claim was approved however the individuals you sent through to see if the claim was legitimate received R8482.60 in 2015 and R2532 in 2016 to assess the claim. Please can you tell me how assessors are receiving these amounts for an assessment but you are unable to pay out. We are trying to move insurers because you guys are *****ing fro us and with ridiculous claims on our history like this i'm disgusted. I also work in the built industry and something ***** is going on here.</p>
