ABSA Insurance

I register a insurance claim on 15 Feb 2021. ABSA contacted and arrange to inspect the property. At that stage I was happy with the service. unfortunately that is were it stop. I phone ABSA many times and they just telling me that they will come back to me and then silence. I mailed *** and requested a update with no response. I also phoned and ask to speak to a manager with out success.
