ABSA INSURANCE ????

I bought my house through Absa which entails that I am also insured with them.<br> <br> Approximately one month back I contacted Absa in respect of an Insurance claim. I was told that PG Glass would come and fix the broken window... I am still waiting. <br> <br> Is any one going to refund me all my flu medicine costs or electricity bills, as open windows lets in the cold.<br> <br> If this is the service Absa gives their Clients, I should strongly consider switching...
