ABSA insults me on phone
A lady called me to let me know my card will be shipped. i tried to explain to her that in the week I am in the Free State and Weekends I am home. She then became irate and rude. She insulted me by suggesting I am a retard. This is very unprofessional seeing that I am a good ABSA client with an excellent credit limit and score. Please listen to the recording.
