Absa Instant loan - NEED AN URGENT RESPONSE AND MONEY REFUNDED!!!!

I want feedback ASAP on the below case number: C-***6 No-one can seem to explain to me what happened to over R8000 that got taken off my account in a space of 2 months. Apparently my instant loan of R4100 did not go off. So if this is not the instant then why did R4200 get debited from my account last month and again this month. I need this money. I can barely do anything with the money I have left in my account as that money is for debit orders.......Mbali from Collections mentioned she's escalating the matter but I'm not sure how long escalations take and this is a matter of urgency!!!!
