ABSA Instant Loan

Having a problem with instant loan. In September 2024 I was able to do an instant loan, which was paid in full on the 01.10.2024 now I keep getting told that my absa online profile does not qualify for an instant loan. Just cant understand why. I have tried to speak to someone at ABSA but no one seems overly interested
