ABSA instant Life Sucks

I have an instant life life cover and I am trying to cancel the. But for two days straight i am unable to speak to anyone who can assist. Their mail box is full and the calls just get cut. the next install is due and i have to cancel before that debt goes off. when i do speak to a consultant they are very unhelpful and not able to tell me why there is no answer with cancellations,
