ABSA Instant Life - Never take out a policy with them.

I took out a life insurance policy with ABSA Instant Life earlier this year. I had to go for an HIV test as part of the process but everytime I go to Lancet for the test they say the request from ABSA haven't been loaded. ABSA then assured me this is not the case and that I need to go back to Lancet. I just went to Lancet and the lady said that I am not on the system for the test. She then called the call centre and they said the request was cancelled on the 8th of November. So Lancet said once again I need to take this up with ABSA Instant Life to be loaded on the system. I called ABSA Instant Life now. The guy that picked up said they are only 2 people but he will escalate it to Lancet. I get sms's from ABSA every day to go for the test else my policy will expire. The guy at ABSA said to me that if I don't go they will cancel it and when I said to him but I'm trying to go but I am not allowed because Lancet says the request has been cancelled. So when I said to the guy I think in that case I must just cancel my policy. He said yes that looks like it. No help from ABSA - they couldn't care, but taking my money every month since I took out the policy is fine. I will never deal with ABSA again.
