ABSA INSTANT LIFE COVER PREMIUM CASH BACK

I'm begging to think that everything related to ABSA it's a *****. They promise you this & then not do as they say. They are just false adverti*****ts. I took A ABSA INSTANT life cover, simply because I thought it has better deals...with so little that I newi was told the after 3/6 months iget a certain percentage of my premiums cashback, now who would love that. I recently spoke to 2 different consultants tell Me i will an sms later with premiums cash back paid, till today I have not received a workfrom ABSA INSTANT LIFE NOR THE PREMIUMS CASH BACK THEY ADVERTISED. I AM NOT SURE WHETHER TO CONTINUE WITH THIS ABSA INSTANT LIFE BECAUSE WHAT IF I NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM EVEN WORSE WHAT IF ONE Day I pass on & THEY NEVER TO PAY MY CHILD BECAUSE IT SEEM LIKE THEY DON'T LIVE UP TO THEIR WORD.
