Absa innovation

I have been with absa for years and they keep disappointing. This was the last. I have an Absa innovation motor warranty. I submitted a claim. These guys want videos and pictures etc and is a while back and forth problem. At the end I got them to just come what they think they would cover which was a 15k, the dealer then tells me they want authorisation and I needs to pay the entire other bill before they can cover the 15k. This policy is designed to ***** you over. Please guys be careful. I hope people are this and don’t ever use absa innovation motor warranty. The agents there are unhelpful, there is a great communication Barrier as the agents do not understand you as well. Policy number PPD002986.

Again guys absa innovation is a waste of you monthly monies. Rather use a better warranty.

Absa as for you I will be moving my entire profile away from you. Will be cancelling everything I have with you. Discovery bank here I come.
