Absa *****ing my money

I am very upset with Absa. I went to draw my sassa money this morning at a Absa ATM. Horizon view. On the slip it says there was an error and money will automatically refunded back to account. No refund was given back to me. So Absa does not take responsibility for giving back my children's grant money. Very irresponsible and don't care at all.
