Absa *****ing my money and also no service

Absa credit card is paid up ..im in credit not debit And still i get charged finance charges Trying to phone the branch they give me a different number ...was on hold for 10 min ...no operator to assist Phoned number behond credit card ...same issue no operator after 10 min on phone holding on Why get billed finance charges if im in credit not debit ? Thats theft
