ABSA *****ing money in smart ways

I made an online payment on to a merchant on the 18th of July 2023 and to date they have not recieved the funds as they say that the funds are uncleared.

I have requested assistance on the matter and no one seems to care as they keep promising to call me back and no said Team Leader has called.

I have been a loyal ABSA client for years but I am very disappointed by the service I recieved over the last week. I don't even see why I should be loyal to them! The correct team is just pathetic!
