ABSA *****ing from the poor to live in luxury

This morning I had to urgently add data n my cell phone. I added 500 mb on 2 phones each. The money went off my account but no data was added on my cell phone. I thought I made a mistake and did it again. And again the money went off but no data was added. I do not have the money to fund ABSA luxury lifestiles and expect to be refunded and now I can't deal with my clients so if I lose clients will absa reimburse me. This is highly unproffessional and I expect it resolved.
