ABSA *****ing from the elderly

My late mom and dad had been advised to open a account at absa called a flexi save account ( very expensive account) benefits would include funeral cover . My mom passed 4 years back and the cover would not pay because she had no will so they would not pay out. My dad is now 75 he open the account in 2018. He wanted to make sure we won't battle. ABSA now said it's not valid because he opened the account the account over 65 years ...WOW absa de*****ing old people now . You been happy to take money I sent him as well as the rest of the family but now when he needs peace of mind you leave him on the lurch . I personally have property with Absa and been with you since I was 18 . My wife has property with absa and my kids have accounts with absa. We will change it all with in the next week and I will make it my mission to move our business accounts as well as family account. You are Thives *****ing from old people. Disgusting.
