Absa - inexplicable charges - a total rip-off

Absa are up to it again- hidden charges - inexplicable charges - confusion even of bank personnel? On my latest statements personal account we now have a new and inexplicable charges over and above the monthly account fee 1. An unexplained admin charge 2. An unexplained "cash deposit fee" Latter is interesting as i never deposited any cash??? And then we have new credit card charges 1. Proof of payments fees at R1.25 2. Transfer to another account for who knows what ranging from R1.25 to R20 3. Beneficiary payments to another bank etc etc No explanations even forthcoming from the Hartbeee****rt branch personnel although i do not blame them for not understanding what is a maze of disguised and convoluted charges that would need a professorship to understand Now here's the thing: If i with 5 years university behind me cannot understand the charges - neither the bank personnel,l what chance have the people with a poor education have? A total rip-off of inexplicable charges - surely the banking Ombudsman should enter here to protect the people from what is evidently a ***** of banking If you can - move your banking away from Absa - to a more easily understood undisguised charges system - Absa is absolutely rock bottom in service but top of the hill in deviousness
