Absa Inefficient and Lack of Respond

Good day,

Absa has frozen my account due to my surname has changed. But the identity number is the same. It actually took 3 weeks now after I have send all the documentations that was required to the bank. But it seems like they are not working toward this case and not willing to unlock my account.
