Absa increases bond term without reason

This is regarding my bond. In 2020 January I received a statement stating that my remaining term on my bond is 5 years and 9 months. That gives me September 2025 last payment. In 2025 January, however I received the statement which now shows another 1 year and 4 months left. That is then untill May 2026. How come all of a sudden this term was extended by 14 months, Absa sends one from pillar to post with all sorts of excuses., even after saying they will investigate and revert back to me, which is not happening Please tell me Absa, how is this possible?
