Absa inconsistencies when it come cheque deposits have direct negative effects to small businesses

I opened a business account with Absa after they had advised that there was a special clearance option when it comes to cheque deposits. It was written on my profile for each and every branch to see that i am allowing this on my account. However Engcobo branch refuses to do the special clearance because their company policies does not allow special clearances if the cheque is deposited into a business account. Which is which is it a matter of refusing to do such transaction or just merely being ******** or don't care attitude? Why are we getting different treatment from this branch. Perhaps Absa group is not effective in communicating it's own policies to it's own employees. Why should our business suffer because of Absa Engcobo?
