Absa inconsiderate of pensioners

My father went to open a funeral cover at Absa bank in 2021 and he told my mother that she is the beneficiary, last month when my mother was busy cleaning she came across my father's contract. Only to find that the policy it is not funeral cover but it is a disability policy when involved in a car accident, and my father was certain it was a funeral cover. The problem is they cannot change it and the person whom helped my father **** to him because he was old and he trusted them that he will get what he requested. He has been paying for the past three year for nothing and the say they cannot help him. We just want them to switch because he has not missed his premium even once, the least they can do is to switch because my my father is very old to go up and down. I think this person took advantage that my father is old he will not see what he did, I did not realize because I was working out of town so he just told his wife and thought that everything is fine.
