Absa inconsiderate and very selfish

Absa blocked my account without first contacting me if I knew of any amount deposited into my account. That's is very very selfish from Absa that they didn't even contact via either email or SMS or call. They rushed to blocked my account without contacting me as their customer. Now I have to do affidavits for things I wasnt aware of so that my account can be unblocked.Really very poor communication and they just rushed to close account without talking to me. That's very inconsiderate From Absa.
