ABSA *********** analysis of credit check

To whom this may concern<br> <br> To keep it short, people working at ABSA do not have the competency to perform there duties<br> <br> An application was declined and when I asked for what reason they gave me an incorrect reason because the capturing of the data was wrong from there side, after I did send them all the documents needed.<br> <br> When I asked the bank did they look at my payslips bank statements witch they requested they said no they only look at the application form provided.(The application form does not show clear results) and hense thats why I attached 4 month payslips and 3 month bank statements witch they have requested.( dont know any other reason why they need it expect to check if the statements and the application shows the same income and expenses...( but they did not check it or do not know what they are doing.<br> <br> My problem is as follows.<br> I am still waiting for them to redo my application and give me a responds<br> I have been waiting for over a week now.<br> I have spend value time at the branch trying to explain them how to do their work.<br> I have removed additional funds in my bond and are loosing allot of interest.<br> <br> I did mail them and said that i will report this<br> PLZ help<br> Regards<br> Bern
