Why is it necessary for clients at ABSA Fish Hoek to wait an hour to get to the cashier?
How are there two cashiers and no manager for the entire branch? My mom, who has emphysema and cannot stand for long periods, just stood for more than 45 minutes waiting. Then was told the manager is not in and they always only have two cashiers.
Considering that we had public holidays and everyone wants to get to the bank, including the garage who needed change, how stupid is this arrangement?
Closing my account.

05 Apr 2018, 10:51Emails and a phone call of apology are all very well. However, when those emails and apologies go nowhere, that just irritates me. Apologies are fine but the problem of no staff and staff who ignore clients is not being addressed.
