Absa incompetence

I went to absa Tzaneen November 2018 to lodge a complaint about an account opened in my name **********ly and today I returned but to the branch to ask how far the investigation was since I never got a call or any communication from them regarding the complaint I had . The enquiries clerk told me her manager isn't around she has no knowledge of how the query is going and she is the one I lodged the query with.
