Absa incompetant

Never use ABSA vehicle finance to purchase a vehicle. Got my settlement figure and paid them in full on 5th February 18. A month later I'm still waiting for my original registration papers from them after E-Mail where they told me 5-7 working days. Now they don't answer my E-Mails . Also been in contact with customer services they tell me they will give me an answer in 2 working days now its 4 working days and guess what they are also not answering my E-Mails.
