ABSA in Sunninghill is so ***********!

ABSA in Sunninghill is so ***********! Yesterday I went in to cancel my cheque acc and open a savings acc. Only because my bond is still with ABSA...I chose the better "blue" bank as ABSA's service has been (and still is) shocking.

I had to pay R150 to get a new savings card only to activate my internet banking...still it doesnt work...

I tried many many times to phone.. Management and the two that (tried to) help me....I believe this branch is also closing, probably because of their service delivery.

I'dd rather spend my time writing a review than having to call 50 times. Maybe someone from ABSA will call me after this public review
