Absa in Stupor

I have been trying since early December 2020 to communicate with Absa's legal department in connection with the cancellation of a mortgage bond. Phone calls to Absa don't help because you are not permitted to talk to anyone in that department. Emails to *** receive prompt automatic responses with case numbers but no further follow up. Going via their attorneys is also very slow, because Absa are as slow to respond to them. This complaint involves the sale of a house where the money is available to cancel the bond and cancellation instructions should come from the bank within days - this is now going on three months and very unfair to all involved with the transaction.
