ABSA - ******* in disguise!

I have financed a number of vehicles with ABSA. My current vehicle is financed with them. I noticed that they incresed my premium by R1348-37 as of end December 2023. My contract has fixed interest rate, so there should be no increases at all. When I queried this, they told me its for insurance! This, despite the fact that I ALREADY HAVE INSURANCE! And it has been in place since I purchaced the vehicle in 2021!

I think its ******* to insure a vehicle with two different insurance companies!?

So now they say I must email them, proving I have insurance! This I did, but have had no response from them!

I demand my money back for the unauthorised deductions they made!!!!
