Absa in diamond pavillion!!

I'm so disgusted ,frustrated the way the Absa diamond pavillion in Kimberley has treated me today felt that they way ****** towards me.

I can't get a new card basically because it's not my branch and they want to know if I'll come back to pick up the card in 48hrs that's the I felt undermined!!!! And reckon I was screened as a *********
