ABSA : Impossible to change a residential address after more than 5 years

For the past 5 or more years ABSA is not able to change my residential address. The ABSA cards are wrongly delivered or not delivered at all. The last card was delivered more than a week ago and the address is still wrong. I tried to use the ABSA App and succeed to load the proof of residence but could not change the address. I logged a complain and got a ref no C-***0 JH Grobler but nothing further happened. The private banker was also Cc'ed.

My wife had the same problem and went to the Savannah branch only to be told that they cannot assist her. The bank assistant was more interested to sell a funeral policy that to assist with the address change.
