ABSA impossible request
ABSA is telling with all the sophisticated technology and systems want me to go into a branch to update on their system that I am a MR!
They have all my documentation and due to their incompetency of someone not having noted on system that I am a MR I should go and waste time in a branch and now I cannot even get a card delivered.
A very basic admin issue I am expected to go to a branch!!!

Kindly confirm your preferred method of card delivery, either in person or via the branch. In addition, please advise whether you would like your title to be printed on the Ultimate Card. If so, kindly specify your preferred title (Mr, Mrs, or Ms). I look forward to your response.
