Absa *******ly change international exchange rate

Absa changed the exchange rate of the Euro in my transaction from E16.69 to E16.87 and I have the photograph to prove it. It states clearly when you do a transaction that the correct exchange rate will be app**** at the time of the transaction. You owe me, please refund!
