Absa ignoring court orders is their right

I have a personal loan with absa. I was retrenched during 2020 during covid and because of covid the business closed. I could not pay my absa loan further. Some lawyers phone me and I explained to them that as soon as I get a steady income again I will pay them R200 a month. As from this month I started to get money in and it payed into my account, as I went online to start paying people I owe money I saw that absa deducted an amount of R6600+- from my account. I contacted them and send a email. to witch they said it will take 14 days to look into. I phoned them this morning to ask them to make this a urgent matter, and to ask who gave them permission to deduct the above mentioned amount from my account. The agent said that I owe absa money and absa is allowed to take money out of my account. I explained to her the following: The High Court’s decision In handing down it’s order, the High Court’s held that, in light of sections 90(2)(n) and 124 of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005, the common law right to set-off is not applicable in respect of credit agreements which are subject to the National Credit Act. The High Court also ordered that the Bank pay the costs of the application, including the costs of two advocates! In short, and if the NCA applies to your credit agreement, a bank is not allowed to apply the common law set-off without your consent. Banks and other credit-lenders must ask you before taking money from one account to cover your debts in another. I said to her so absa is allowed to violate court orders and ignore NCA. to witch she rep**** YES they are allowed to do that. So if I break a court Order what will happen to me. Just asking.
