Absa ignores urgent emails

My homeloan for plot is 13 years old. Round 12 years ago i asked the bank to sell it as i could not afford it then. they sold the plot for less than I bought it and held me responsible for estate agent commission.

So this amount should be written off. But to get my name cleared immediately, i am willing to pay R1500 to settle, only if my name is cleared as soon as the money is in your account.

A while back Absa did offer 90 percent discount which is round R2400, but I am only willing to go up to R1500 if i really have to now.

Cause i am applying for a homeloan for a house now and this is in the way! And this debt should not have been mine. As they cant sell the plot for less and make me pay for commission.

But now i have phoned Absa numerousbtimea, been put through to different departments numerous times, only to be told to email, now I have emailed Absa 5 times with absolute no response! And my offer to purchase a home is going to expire just because Absa refuse to assist me with settlement letter and amount. If i loose this house because of a mere R2000 because of Absa being arrogant i will take it further!

This is very important and urgent.
