Absa ignores queries and only responds on this platform

I tried the normal way of asking for help but I know I will be assisted 3 months from today so I am here since this is the only system absa responds to

I have a closed account due to lack or horrible customer service, but I need my statements from that account how do I go abiut getting a statement from a closed account
