ABSA ignores deceased estates yet again

Perhaps in 2022 ABSA will resolve to pay out all the money belonging to deceased estates they insist on holding on to ********ly. This is the second time I have to resort Hello Peter to get a response from ABSA - please stop harming the heirs of people who invested with you!!!!!!!!!!!!
