ABSA ignored me trying to settle a debt, now they want to blacklist me

I purchased a car from ABSA a few years ago, it is no longer running and I wanted to sell it and then pay a settlement amount.

On 6th of March I sent ABSA an email requesting the details of how to sell a non running car and how to negotiate for a settlement, I was ignored so I called the man I was dealing, fine, Without seeing the car, he says the amount offered to me is too low and will be rejected, I asked him how when the car isnt moving, is badly damaged and has not been on the road for 3 years now, no response.

I sent an email to him again on the 13 of March, he did not respond.

To my shock and horror, now I am being Blacklisted when the ABSA employee ignores my emails and doesn't even call me. I have always been the one calling, I have been the one sending emails.

In this entire process, I have called ABSA trying to resolve this, I dont have a single call from ABSA and I dont have a single email response from the man I am dealing with, yet here I am about to be blacklisted, HOW?????? WHEN I WANT TO GIVE THEM THE MONEY!
