ABSA - If you value your sanity, stay as far away from ABSA bank as possible!

Where Do I Begin!!!!!!! Unbelievable how ABSA is still a going concern. Never have I had not even shocking service but none existent service. I have been trying to cancel my Home owners insurance since mid Aug 2019. Obviously this is connected to my Bond account and added to my account every month. My new insurance has been in place since September and thankfully they granted me a reprieve from the instalment in September as ABSA had not cancelled their policy. Fast forward to 28 October and they STILL HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING!!!! So I didn't pay the insurance portion in October as my new policy needed to be paid in October. ABSA had ALL the documentation required from me from early Sept to then send me their vetting documents. Finally received their documents to sign over surety and ensuring me that they would back date the cancellation to 01 Oct 2019 as the error lay on their side. As of the 14 Oct 2019 they have had all signed documents and STILL NOTHING!!!!!!!!! I deposited a bit of extra money into my bond to go towards my monthly payment.. and guess what???? THEY TOOK IT to pay of my "outstanding" bond amount!!!!!!!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!! What don't you understand ABSA??????????????? My bond is not in arrears - you haven't cancelled your policy!!!!!!!!!!!! But I promise you I get a call DAILY from their bond division asking for payment????? I ask you with tears in my eyes??? what now? They do not answer the phone, I have even been into a branch and they battled to get through to their own company!!! They threaten black listing me, putting me on notice and they are the ones at fault! To add insult to injury I keep getting "debt rescue" calls??? How???? I have only one account "IN SO CALLED ARREARS!!!!!!" So are you selling my info on ABSA?????
